Universities are at the forefront of work toward accessibility of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). What progress has occurred in ICT Accessibility in Higher Education within the global community? This session will focus on a recent global ICT survey, initiatives and milestones of the accessible digital content, trends of the Marrakesh Treaty and International Digital Publishing Forum (IDPF).
