[QTI] Metadatas

Do you have an example which has this metadata?  I'd like to try it out 
and see why it isn't working for you.  You should at least get the 
keyword and topic migrated.

The current build of the migration script is from June, yes.  The Window 
binary has only just be put on the site though.
