[QTI] imsqti_v2p1 (draft): inlineChoice defined as empty

Hello all,

I have a problem validating documents that use qti:inlineChoice. The 
schema and DTD define this element as empty. However, the example shows 
text content in that element. As far as I can see there is no other way 
to define a display value for inlineChoice, so this leads me to believe 
the schema and DTD are erroneous.

Any suggestions?
