[QTI] duration data type

Hi List,

The QTI 2.1 spec says:

> Datatype: duration
>
> A period of time, measured in seconds.

I'm guessing that this is intended to be a 32-bit unsigned integer,
and that any sane integer value is probably safe for use in most
(all?) delivery engines.

However, it would be nice if the spec could be specific on this point,
so I can be *sure*.

(or am I missing something?)
