		<description>
			<langstring xml:lang="en">I spent at least 2 hours going over these problems. They cover a wide range of circuit topics (including R, C, and L components), typically found in 3-4 chapters of a conventional text. They illustrate pretty well the potential of scripting Physlets to produce quality conceptual and/or quantitative instructional material without having to know much about programming. The on-line documentation for scripting is pretty straight-forward. Many of the individual problems are creative uses of physlets; a few are too similar to standard end-of-chapter problems to warrant scripting. Additional Problem 3 is confusing, and has an incorrect answer.</langstring>
